GEOLOGY OF THE CLOQUET QUADRANGLE, CARLTON COUNTY, MINNESOTA, by H.E. Wright Jr. et al. consists of a booklet on the geology and a map of the Cloquet quadrangle.       The Minnesota stormwater Manual is designed to be a user-friendly and fexible document that guides users directly to the information they need, depending upon the question they need to answer or Best Management Practice (BMP) they need to design. The full scope of the Manual is outlined in the Table of Contents. In Carlton County, plans were completed in to stabilize four slide areas. The plans used bin walls, log cribs, cell blocks, and rock-filled gabions. Cost was es- timated at $, All bids were rejected due to lack of funds. Floodwater retarding structures, Elim and Hanson dams, are currently under construction in Carlton County, Minnesota.
